Using Plugg
Plugg is a marketplace that connects sellers, agents and buyers. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to use Plugg lawfully.
Roles
- Sellers must be verified and must describe items honestly, including condition and months used.
- Agents share listings and earn the commission set by the seller when their buyer completes a purchase.
- Buyers pay into escrow and approve or reject the item on delivery.
Escrow and payouts
Payments are held by Plugg until the buyer approves the item. On approval the seller is paid and the agent commission is credited. If the buyer rejects the item it is returned to the seller and the buyer is refunded.
Prohibited items
Illegal, counterfeit, stolen or dangerous goods may not be listed. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Fees
Free plans are free. Pro plan pricing will be shown before you subscribe.
Liability
Plugg is not the seller of items listed by users. Our responsibility is limited to running the platform and escrow as described here.
