When you join the waitlist or use Plugg we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number and role. Sellers also provide verification details. When you use the app we record listings, deals, chat messages and payment status so we can run escrow and resolve disputes.
How we use it
- To run your account, listings, deals and payouts.
- To hold payments in escrow and release or refund them.
- To verify sellers and keep the marketplace safe.
- To send you product updates you asked for.
Contact details stay private
Phone numbers are never shown to other users. Sellers, agents and buyers talk inside the deal chat.
Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run Plugg, such as payment and logistics partners, and only what they need. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in each message.
